The most expensive home sale in the Eastside last week was $ 4.7 million for a Los Feliz estate sitting on three quarters of an acre on the edge of Griffith Park.

The sprawling Vermont Avenue resort features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, as well as a guesthouse, pool, spa, and waterfall. In addition to a three-car garage, the property has a playground that can accommodate 13 cars.
